(Manager Compliance & Quality Assurance)
Background & History:
New Indus Community Education (NICE) School System (NSS) is non-governmental and not for profitable educational institute. It was established in 2016 and working at District Khairpur Mir’s Sindh. This challenging initiative was taken by an inspired group of young committed, educated and experienced professionals from different backward communities. NSS come up under Public Private Partnership with Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) Government of Sindh under Promote Private Schooling in Rural Sindh (PPRS) Phase VI. NSS has established three campuses, two in Taluka Kingri and one in Taluka Khairpur of District Khairpur. NSS have three campuses with support of SEF GoS and also established NICE Educational Academy (Private) at Bhatyoon. Total four campuses are managed by NSS. NSS has almost 1500 students in 4 campuses and around 60 teaching and non-teaching staff on payroll.

NSS currently looking for self-motivated, energetic and well experienced candidate of the position of “Manager Compliance and Quality Assurance (MCQA)
The overall objective of the position:
MAIN TASKS:
1. Strategic directions and development of the NSS
2. Teaching and learning of teachers
3. Leading and managing staff (Teaching & Non-teaching staff)
4. Implement Academic and Lesson Planning
5. Efficient and effective deployment of staff and proper use of available resources
6. Financial Management (Internal and External Audit Compliance)
7. To maintain “Inventory management” (Software & manual work)
8. Documentation and Reporting (When and where required)
9.. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (Process monitoring, students validation etc)
10. Maintained high level visibility of NSS and partners
11. To operate and maintained Complaint mechanism of NSS
12. To coordination with stakeholders (SEF, Government officials, Parents, communities etc.)
13.. Safeguarding Children (health & hygiene, sexual harassment, corporal punishment etc.)
14. Open and purely Merit based Recruitment and annual appraisal
15. Ensure Transparency & Accountability
16. Any other task assigned by NSS Director
FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
·Interacts with NSS Managing Director (To report, guidelines and strategic directions to meet NSS vision, mission statement and core values
·Interacts with Finance & HR officer (To release salaries, manage operational cost, request of stock items (Finance, HR, School Tools, construction material etc)
·Interacts with Campus In-charges for day to day progress and campus related issues
·Interacts with NSS senior management committee (Reporting & Monitoring)
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Education:
·M..A, M.Sc MBA, MPA, M.Com
·Technical Qualification in Education (B.Ed, M.Ed, CT, A.E.D, DE)
Languages:
·Sindhi & Urdu (speak fluently)
·English (ability to communicate fluently speaking & writing)
Skills:
·Good communication and team management skills
·Must be Computer Literate (MS office, excel, PowerPoint)
·Knowledge about database management
·Good knowledge on social media applications
·Knowledge about website maintenance
·Analytical skills
·Good assessment, planning and internal reporting skills
Personal qualities:
·Age limit (25 to 40 years)
·Cultural sensitivity, diplomacy and tactfulness
·Team player and capacity to propose initiatives
·Ability to work in the field (50% paid visits to all campuses)
·Ability to work under pressure
·Target oriented
·Education as career development
GENERAL
Gender: Male and Female
Experience: Similar Work Experience will be given preference (5 years)
Job Location: NSS Campus 1, Vistra, NSS Campus 2 Kingir, NSS Campus 3 Tandomasti and NSS Campus 4 Bhatyoon Khairpur
Working Conditions: 75% Field visits to all campuses and 25% office work.
Visits: On a rotating basis the candidate will visit one campus per day or may be all on need basis
Meeting: Candidate will only visit the campus during school days and timing starting at 8:00 am through 2:00 pm during school days. He/she may attend meeting by NSS steering committee
Salary Ranges: Negotiable as per experience & education
